SALADS Favorite Recipes of Home Economics Teachers, is the Salads edition Including Appetizers. Copyright 1964, this cook book is spiral bound and 10 inches long and 7 1/2 inches wide. Has 382 pages.
This over-sized, comb bound cookbook is in good used condition for its age with just some wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving, specifically to the edges. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Published in 1964, this updated version still contains the original 2,000 salad desserts. Molded salads, Jell-O salads, cabbage salads, bean salads, fruit salads and salads with meats - you can't possibly run of of exciting salads to share with friends and family. Hey! Even Michelle Obama wants us to eat more salads!
