Here is a soft cover, comb bound cookbook titled.. "COOKING 25" from the members and friends of the Atonement Lutheran Church in Bloomington Mn (Minnesota) and dated 1976. It is is good used condition for its age with just a bit of wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. (Just a few recipes have a note by the title, etc.) Just a bit of wear to the edges of the pages from age and re-shelving.
Chapters include: Appetizers - Pickles - Relish, Soups - Salads - Dressings - Sauces, Main Dishes (including Meat, Seafood, Poultry), Main Dishes (including Eggs, Cheese, Spaghetti, and Casseroles (aka HOT DISH in Minnesota), Vegetables, Bread - Rolls - Pies - Pastry, Cakes - Cookies - Icings, Desserts, Candy - Jelly - Jam - Preserves, Beverages and a bit of MISC! There are 107 pages of recipes followed by PAGES of kitchen and cooking information.
