Here is Butterick Pattern # 6020 UNCUT Misses Blouses in sizes 8, 10 and 12. These blouse patterns are from the Ellen Tracy "Celebrating Fifty Years of Fashion". With two blouses circa 1949 the other two blouses circa 1999.
Blouses have collar variations and narrow hem. A: semi-fitted, slightly dropped shoulders, above elbow sleeves and side slits. B: very loose-fitting, back pleated into yoke with forward shoulder seams, dropped shoulders, long sleeves with pleats, placket and button cuffs.
Bust from 31 1/2 inches to 34 inches
Waist from 24 inches to 26 1/2 inches
Hips from 33 1/2 inches to 36 inches
Fabrics: Lightweight Linen, Broadcloth, Satin Back Crepe, Washed Silk-Like Broadcloth.
