Here is another great Junior League cookbook--this one is a 1st Edition from October 1981 presented by the Junior League of Macon Georgia. This copy is in good used condition for its age with some small visible wear to the top and bottom edges of the covers from use and re-shelving. There is some kitchen soil that shows faintly on the covers and on the inside cover. Some splashes on the side of the cookbook that have faded. Otherwise, the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers & Beverages, Breads, Soups & Sandwiches, Salads & Dressings, Cheese & Eggs, Peaches, Seafood, Game & Poultry, Meat, Vegetables, Cakes, Pies, Cookies & Candy, Desserts, Pickles - Relishes - Jellies and Index. There are 350 pages including index with an average of two recipes per page. Great Southern cooking!
