Here is a Simplicity Pattern # 7015 UNCUT Mens Shirt with long or short sleeves that is size 34 (small.) Top-stitched shirt with front button band has back pleated to yoke, neckband, patch pockets, shirttail hem and optional back darts and loop. V1, 2 and 3 have long sleeves with plaket opening. V1 has contrast collar. V2 has French cuffs. V3 with rounded collar and cuffs has pocket with buttoned flap. V4 with buttoned collar and V5 have short sleeves with tuck detail. V5 pockets have buttoned flaps.
The pattern and envelope are still factory folded. The envelope shows wear and tears--missing the flap and some tape around the envelope that holds the sides.
