Here is another great church cookbook from Minnesota (MN). This one is from the First Lutheran Church in St Peter and dated 1963. This cookbook is in good but used condition with stains to the front and back covers. A little wear to the edges and tips of the covers from re-shelving. INSIDE, the pages are at least 97% free of any marks, stains or writing---a few small splashes here and there. The index of chapters is in the BACK of the cookbook. There are 134 pages with an average of four recipes per page including a chapter with Scandinavian recipes: Lefse, Hard Tack, Julekage, Norwegian Kringler, Swedish Kringla, Swedish Crumb Cake, Swedish Pastry, Fattigmand, Swedish Meatballs, and more!
