Here is a wire bound, soft cover cookbook titled: Tried and True from the Gethsemane Lutheran Church and was published in 1986. This cookbook is in good used condition with minimal wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the first page—the title page has a gift inscription at the top in small writing. Otherwise the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. There are 448 pages with no index and an average of 2-3 recipes per page. Recipes have the contributor’s name with the recipe.
Chapters include: Punch & Appetizers, Breads, Soups – Stews – Sandwiches, Salads, Hotdishes /Hot dish (everyone else calls them a casserole—in Minnesota it’s a hotdish.
