Here is a very hard to find recipe collection, soft cover, wire spiral bound cookbook titled: CALICO PANTRY COOKBOOK. Published in 1974—and it looks like a first edition. Complied and edited by Lois Solomon and Anita Reitman.
The cookbook is in good used condition with minimal wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. There are 312 pages including index and an average of two recipes per page.
Chapters include: Hors d’Oeuvres, Soups, Seafood, Poultry, Meats (Beef, Lamb, Pork, Veal and Misc), Eggs & Cheese, Potatoes – Rice – Pasta, Vegetables, Salads – Relish – Molds, Breads, Desserts (Fruits, Sweets, Cakes, Pies and Cookies) and Index.
