What a fun cookbook! This soft cover, comb bound cookbook titled: Holiday Inn International Cookbook by Ruth Malone. Originally published in 1962 this is the 6th edition and the revised edition. The cookbook is filled with very unique recipes from all over the world. The front and back covers show a little wear at the top and the bottom edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. There are 330 pages with index and an average of two recipes per page.
This cook book has recipes from Holiday Inn restaurants from Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Dominican Republic, Holland, Jamaica, Mexico,Morocco, Netherlands Antilles, Puerto Rico, South Africa,West Indies, and United States.
