Here is Vogue Pattern # 7336 UNCUT Top Skirt in sizes 8, 10 and 12. Very loose fitting, pull-over top has dropped shoulders, back neck slit, button/loop and below elbow sleeves with cuffs or long sleeves. Straight skirt, above knee or above ankle has elastic waist.
