Here is a lovely special occasion dress designed by Victor Costa. It is a Vogue Pattern # 2688 UNCUT Misses Formal Dress that is a size 8. The dress has a contrast bias collar, bias bodice, pleated sides and slightly tapered mock wrap skirt.
Size 8: Bust 31 1/2 inches, Waist 24 inches Hip 33 1/2 inches.
Fabrics: Satin, Crepe, Tissue Faille and Taffeta. Copyright 1991 and out of print.
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope shows some wear and creases from age and storage.
