Here is Butterick Pattern # 5664 Camp Jacket in sizes 8, 10 and 12. Very loose-fitting, unlined, below hip jacket has collar on band, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, low armholes, yoke front, front pleats, shaped hemline, pockets with mock bands and long sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows). Narrow hem and purchased belt.
Fabrics: Lightweight Denim, Broadcloth, Linen and Woolens.
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope shows wear and creases from age and storage.
