Here is a small soft cover cookbook titled The French Cookbook edited by Melanie DeProft director of The Culinary Arts Institute. With 68 pages of 159 RECIPES. Originally published in 1954 and 1955, this copy is the 3rd printing from 1965. The front cover has a small crease just above the word FRENCH on the front cover. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing illustrations. This measures 8 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.
Chapters include: HORS D'OEUVRES, SOUPS, EGGS, POULTRY AND GAME, FISH, MEATS, SAUCES, VEGETABLES, BREADS, ROLLS AND DOUGHS, DESSERTS, CONFECTIONERY, FRENCH & ENGLISH INDEX.
