Here is a hard to find copy of the cookbook titled... A Good Cook Ten Talents by Frank Hurd.
There is a little wear to the edges of the front and back covers from use, age and re-shelving. INSIDE most of the pages are clean and free of major marks, stains and writing, but there are some splashes and small stains here and there.
