Here is McCalls Pattern # P 225 UNCUT Girls Jumper Jumpsuit in 2 Lengths in sizes 10, 12 and 14. Loose-fitting jumper, jumpsuit and romper with pocket variations and wide shoulder straps, fastens in front and back with buttons and buttonholes. Jumpsuit B and C have elastic casing at lower leg edge.
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope has it’s flap cut/trimmed. Does not effect the pattern.
