What a rare find! Here's an over-sized GERMAN cookbook titled: A CULINARY TOUR OF GERMANY
Edited by Hannelore Kohl. Published in Germany in 1996, and written in English. The hard to find, hard cover cookbook measures 8 1/2 inches wide by just over 11 inches tall with 223 pages including index.
There are a few very light scratches on the front and back covers from use and the tips at the bottom edge of the front and back covers have been bumped from re-shelving. The bottom edge of the pages show some kitchen reside from being re-shelved too.
INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free from any marks, stains or writing--the only thing I could find is a Christmas Gift inscription on the first blank page from 1996.
Hannelore Kohl introduces over 300 favorite recipes--examples of good German home cooking. Filled with traditional and varied recipes from all regions of Germany. An average of 1-2 recipes per page with color pictures of the finished dish and pictures of Germany.
