This hard cover copy is a 1st EDITION from 1983 and was owned by a chef friend of mine with his name and address written on the inside cover. Otherwise, the covers of the book show just some wear at the top and bottom edges and spine of the book from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the rest of the pages are 99% free of any marks, stains or writing.
