This hard cover cookbook (no dust jacket) is from 1991. It measures 6 1/2 inches wide by just over 9 inches tall with 319 pages PLUS index. The book is in lightly read condition with just light wear to the front and back covers from re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% clean and free from writing and marks.
Chapters include: Appetizers, Beverages, Soups, Salads, Egg--Cheese--Brunch, Vegetables, Pasta--Rice--Side Dishes, Fish--Seafood, Meats, Poultry, Breads, Desserts. There's an average of two recipes per page.
