There's nothing better than a church cookbook from Minnesota! This one is titled.....
OUR DAILY BREAD from ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH in CROSBY MINNESOTA and dated 1986.
This cookbook measures 7 inches wide by 9 inches tall with 234 pages. The comb bound cookbook has an orange cover--a light weight construction paper with film on both sides of the paper to protect both the front and back covers. There is a little wear at the edges from use and re-shelving.
INSIDE, the pages are 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. There's an average of 2-3 recipes per page.
Chapters include: Appetizers & Beverages, Breads & Rolls, Cakes & Icings, Candy & Snacks, Cookies & Bars, Desserts - Pies - Pastries, Main Dishes (Including Meats & Marinades, Fish, Casseroles, Soups, Vegetables) Salads & Dressings, Canning & Preserves. The name of the contributing cook is with the recipe. WONDERFUL comfort food from scratch recipes!
