Here's a classic church cookbook from 1979 compiled by the YOUTH FELLOWSHIP of First Church of God in Marion Illinois titled...
A BOOK OF FAVORITE RECIPES
This comb bound cookbook is in lightly used condition with some wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing.
The cookbook measures 6 inches wide by 9 inches tall with just about 100 pages.
The first section of the cookbook is filled with helpful hints (provided by the cookbook publisher) and the chapters include: Appetizers, Pickles, Relish, Soups, Salads & Dressings, Sauces, Main Dishes (Meat, Poultry & Seafood), Main Dishes (Eggs, Cheese, Spaghetti & Casserole), Vegetables, Bread--Rolls, Pies & Pastry, Cakes--Cookies--Icings, Desserts, Candy, Jam, Jelly & Preserves.
There's an average of 2-3 recipes per page with the name of the contributing cook.
REMEMBER----cookbooks are mailed via media rate mail to give you the best deal on shipping. The down side is that media rate mail can take up to three weeks for delivery!
