Here is a very hard to find, soft cover cookbook from 1971 (2nd Printing--1st Printing was 1970) titled... "Our Traditional & Favorite Recipes" from the parish of St. Mary's Russian Orthodox Church of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
St. Mary's was founded in 1887 and has a large Russian, Slovak, Czechoslovak, Polish, Hungarian and Austrian, American parish.
The book has 195 pages and features both traditional-regional recipes as well as American dishes. This soft cover cookbook is in very good used condition with just a little wear to the covers from use, age and re-shelving. A few small faint stains on the back cover. INSIDE the pages are at 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. A few recipes have small checks or a note or two in pencil.
