Here's a great deal on an interesting cookbook from the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody Wyoming titled...
The Great Entertainer
This comb bound cookbook is a 2nd printing from 1986. It measures 8 inches wide by just over 9 inches tall with 312 pages--a nice size cookbook!
There is some wear to the edges and tips of the corners of the front and back covers, but not bad for being over 20 years old. Someone did spill on the cover so there's a little stain on the cover that bled onto some of the pages towards the first third of the book, but they barely show past just the edge. (See 2nd picture.) Other than that, the pages look clean and free from any other stains, marks or writing.
Chapters include: Hors d'Oeuvres, Soups, Bread & Breakfast, Meats, Poultry, Fish, Vegetables, Pasta - Rice - Potatoes, Salads & Dressings, Mexican Foods, Game Dishes, Camp Cooking, Desserts and Misc.
There's an average of two recipes per page--and these recipes surprised me! I believe they are better than average recipes.
REMEMBER----books are mailed via media rate mail to give you the best deal on shipping. The down side is that media rate mail can take up to three weeks for delivery!
