This hard cover wire bound cookbook measures about 7 inches wide by about 9 1/2 inches tall with 214 pages. Just light wear to the covers from use and re-shelving and INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing--just a few recipes either circled or starred. Both the inside front and back covers have a few stains--looks like a few drops of a sauce.
