The glossy hard covers are in good condition. The covered wire coil makes the book counter-friendly, as it lies open and flat while you are cooking. There is a price in pencil in the right upper corner of the title page otherwise, INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. This book measures approximately 6 ½ “ wide, and 9 ½ “ tall with 274 pages.
