This hard cover spiral cookbook was written by Marge Poor that is in lightly used condition. It measures about 7 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches tall with 281 pages. The covers are hard and cover a wire spiral spine. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
There are no exotic ingredients and no fancy techniques or equipment needed for these recipes, but a busy family will be well fed and if you use the book as it's intended no one will say "Meatloaf, again??" when you dish up their supper.
The book lies flat on the counter and the cover can be wiped clean; two real virtues when you have no time to linger in the kitchen. Author Rick Rogers is a practical kind of guy and his no-nonsense book fills a real need.
