Here's a soft cover cookbook from Indiana University titled... MORE HOOSIER COOKING
This soft cover cookbook is in lovingly used condition for its age with just a crease on the back cover. And a bit of wear to the top and bottom tips of the covers from re-shelving. (See pics). INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. There's a small splash stain on the side of the book.
This cook book was written because of a belief that "an unshared recipe is a poor thing". Accomplished Indiana cooks offer favorite reflecting Indiana's ethnic heritage. It has everything from appetizers to main courses, beverages to desserts. There are original illustrations and is heralded as a cook book to use, not just to own.
