From 1990, this cookbook is in lightly used condition with just light wear to the covers from storage and inside, the pages are at least 96% free of any marks, stains or writing. The title page has an old price in pencil from a used book dealer. A few recipes here and there have a small "*" by the recipe---very small and no other notes.
