Here's a great find! A 1st Edition/Printing of the Junior League of Kansas City's cookbook titled...
HARVESTLAND
This comb bound cookbook is in lightly read condition for its age with just a few creases in the plastic covers on the front and back of the cookbook which helped keep the covers in very nice condition. INSIDE the title page has a used book store dealer's price in pencil at the top corner, otherwise the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. The only thing I could find was a little wear to the bottom edges of some of the pages from a hasty re-shelving. 325 pages!!
Chapters include: Appetizers, Beverages, Soups, Salads, Lunch-Brunch, Breads, Beef, Veal, Pork, Lamb, Poultry, Game, Seafood, Vegetables, Desserts, Cakes, Pies, Cookies, Sauces, and Candy. There is an average of 2-3 recipes per page.
REMEMBER----books are mailed via media rate mail to give you the best deal on shipping. The down side is that media rate mail can take up to three weeks for delivery.
