This book is in very good condition with no tears, stains, or writing. The plastic spiral binding has no cracks. With 142 pages filled with delicious recipes such as: Delicious Fruit Salad, Mini Cinnamons, and Chicken Broccoli Divan. This book would make an excellent addition to any collection.
