Here's a great community cookbook from the Golden Valley Women's Club (a western suburb of Minneapolis) that was published in August of 1988.
This cookbook has a quick to clean plastic cover and a 3 ring binder inside. The cover show minimal wear from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the title page has a crease at the bottom inside page from a hasty closure of the book. Otherwise, the rest of the pages are in very good condition with 99% of the pages free of any marks, stains or writing. There are chapter tabs for each chapter.
Chapters include: Appetizers, Beverages, Soups, Salads, Breads, Brunch, Meats & Poultry, Fish & Seafood, Main Dishes & Casseroles, Vegetables & Side Dishes, Pies & Cakes, Desserts, Bars--Cookies & Candy, Gourmet Meals and Misc. There is an average of two recipes per page. A very nice collection of recipes!
