Here's a great community cookbook from Alexandria Virginia titled...
Heritage of Good Tastes
The book was compiled by the Junior Auxiliary of the Alexandria Hospital, Alexandria, VA, copyright 1980. (This copy is a second printing from 1982.)
This cookbook is in lightly used condition with just a little light wear to the front and back covers edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. The only thing I could find was a price in pencil on the title page of the book.
The cookbook measures 6-1/4 inches wide by 9 inches tall 302 pages including index.
Chapters include: Hors D'Oeuvres & Appetizers, Beverages, Soups, Salads, Eggs--Cheese--Pastas, Seafood, Meats, Poultry, Over the Coals, Vegetables, Breads & Desserts, Gifts. There is an average of 2 recipes per page.
