Here is a hard to find cookbook titled..
FAJITA FIESTA by Rebecca Reyes
This soft cover booklet is from 1985 and in very lightly used condition for its age with just a little wear and a few faded small spots on the back cover and a small faded stain on the front cover--see pics.
The cookbook has 58 pages including index. The book is billed at the "Tex Mex way to prepare fajitas, accompaniments, drinks, desserts and mucho mas!
An average of one or two recipes per page.
