Here's another great (and very hard to find) cookbook by the Junior League of Owensboro - Junior League of Owensboro, Kentucky titled...

THIS copy is a 1st Edition/1st printing from September 1984 with only 10,000 copies.
THIS copy is in used, but still good condition. Although there's a plastic comb spine, the front and back covers are hard. There is wear at the top, bottom and side edges of the covers from use and re-shelving. A small stain on the front cover at the top edge and the back cover has two small tears on the top pink paper that covered the cover. (See pics.)
INSIDE there's a gift inscription on the inside front cover, but other than that, the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. There are just a few tiny faded splash stains on the side pages of the book--that don't show up on the pages. In the front of the book there are still two pages that I believe were meant to be book markers--with perforated edges from top to bottom three across.
A Winner of the Southern Living Hall of Fame Award, "To Market, To Market" is truly unique. There is an abundance of original, whimsical artwork throughout the 344 pages. It also includes local specialties, including bourbon, barbecue, and game. An average of 1-2 recipes per page.
