This is actually the 2nd copy of this cookbook I have in my store--this one has just a little wear to the cover from use and re-shelving--the other one is near mint--so that is why this one is a little cheaper.
The cookbook measures almost 9 inches wide by 10 inches tall with 288 pages. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free from any writing, marks or stains--I couldn't find anything. Still a very good copy!

The Crunchy Garlic Scones are a must, as is the Frisée Salad with Poached Eggs and Warm Bacon Dressing.
A unique feature is the addition of sidebars of trivia placed throughout, with tidbits on history, cooking and entertaining. This is the type of cookbook that you'll use over and over, a comfortable classic, It's a Wonderful Life of cookbooks, if you will.
