MINNESOTA HERITAGE COOKBOOK Recipes 1979
This CLASSIC Minnesota soft cover cookbook has wonderful recipes from Minnesota's diverse ethnic heritage, including Scandinavian, German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Jewish, Polish, Italian, and Asian dishes. This 1979 copy is in good condition for its age with just a bit of wear to the edges of the covers and spine of the cookbook from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. The only thing that I could find was that a handful of pages at the front of the book--bottom corner have a few creases created by a hasty re-shelving.
Chapters include: Our Roots (Heritage Map), Appetizers & Soups, Breads & Grain, Main Courses, Side Dishes, Vegetables & Salads, Desserts & Sweets, and MORE! There is an average of 2-3 recipes per page.

The GREAT MINNESOTA Hot Dish
This cookbook by Theresa Millang. This spiral bound soft cover cookbook from 1999 and is in glanced at condition with minimal wear to the front and back covers from re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing--it is in very nice condition!
Chapters include: Hot Dish Recipes---Chicken & Turkey, Beef, Pork, Seafood, Eggs, Side Dishes and Dessert Dishes. Has 227 pages including index.
