Here is a wonderful copy of the cookbook that was created to celebrate the Centennial of their church. From the TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH in Fisher Minnesota.
The cookbook is in very nice condition for its age with minimal wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers & Beverages, Bars, Breads (Quick & Yeast), Cakes - Frosting - Fillings, Candies, Canning & Preserves, Cookies, Desserts, Meats - Casseroles - Vegetables, Nationality and Heritage Foods (since it is Minnesota, the recipes include Swedish, German and Norwegian recipes), Pastries & Pies, Salads & Dressings, Soups & Sandwiches, and Misc.
