ROCHESTER MINNESOTA (MN) Pax Christi Church Cookbook 1974
Here is a wonderful church cookbook from Rochester Minnesota (MN) that was published in 1974. This plastic comb cookbook is in lightly used condition for its age with just some wear and creases to the edges and back cover of the cookbook from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
The recipes were all typed out--old fashioned typewriter--with the name of the contributing cook with each recipe.
Chapters include: Breads (Quick Breads, Doughnuts, Dumplings, Muffins, Pancakes & Waffles, Sandwiches), Cakes, Frostings & Candy, Bars & Cookies, Pies & Crust, Desserts, Casseroles, Meats & Soups, Salads - Dressings & Vegetables, and Misc (including appetizers, beverages, jams, jellies, pickles, and more! There is an average of 2-3 recipe per page.
