THIS copy is a 4th Edition from March 1984.
This comb bound cookbook is in lightly used condition for its age with just some wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. Just a little kitchen reside on the covers--minimal for its age.
INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks , stains or writing. There is just a little wear to the edges of the pages from being re-shelved--minimal. The title page has the original price in pencil at the top of the page. It measures 6 inches wide by 9 inches tall with 346 pages including index.
Chapters include: Appetizers & Beverages, Soups, Eggs--Cheese--Pasta, Fish & Shellfish, Meats, Poultry, Vegetables, Salads & Dressings, Sauces, Pickles--Relishes--Preserves, Breads, Desserts & Sweets, International Fare (Including Chinese, Danish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese.) There's an average of two recipes per page.
