Here's a wonderful 1973 copy of that hard to find cookbook from the staff of
NORTH CENTRAL AIRLINES
This spiral bound cookbook is in very nice condition for its age with minimal wear on the edges of the covers and pages from age and re-shelving.
INSIDE the pages are in very good condition. I found only an old price in pencil on one page of the cookbook, but no other marks, stains or writing I could find.
The cookbook measures 5 1/2 inches wide by 8 1/2 inches tall with 133 pages. Recipe have the name of the cook who submitted their finest! Recipes are typed out--the old fashioned way!
On the inside cover is printed: This cookbook is comprised of recipes from the kitchens of the employees and friends of North Central Airlines and is dedicated to the "Good People" who make our airlines great.
