Here is a wonderful cookbook from Cambridge Minnesota (MN). Specifically the First Baptist Church Cookbook celebrating their centennial in 1988.
This wife bound cookbook has a soft paper cover that was covered with a clear film to protect it. The film is beginning to come away from the covers at the tips from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 96% free of any marks, stains or writing. Just a few splatter stains here and there.
Chapters include: Beverages, Hor D'oeuvres, Breads (Quick & Yeast), Main Dishes, Salads, Vegetables, Desserts. There are 322 pages PLUS index!! Tabbed chapter markers show some wear since they stick out a bit from the book. A little bit of kitchen soil and stains, but not too much. There is an average of 2-3 recipes per page.
REMEMBER----books are mailed via media rate mail to give you the best deal on shipping. The down side is that media rate mail can take up to three weeks for delivery.
