It is hard to find because this 2nd Edition only had 224 cookbooks printed! The Gerrards Cross American Wives club is an expatriates in the United Kingdom--England--the U.K.
This comb bound cookbook is in very nice condition with minimal wear to the covers and edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing.
The cookbook has 280 pages and an average of 3 recipes per page.
