This spiral bound cookbook (spiral at the TOP of the cookbook and the pages flip) is actually from 1979; a REPRINT of the 1958 Minnesota Centennial Cookbook.
The front and back covers show some wear and a few light stains, a small tear at the bottom edge of the front cover. Back cover in good shape. Just a little shelf wear to the sides of the cookbook from age and storage. INSIDE, the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. What makes this a most interesting collection is that each 87 counties in the state submitted favorite recipes.
This cookbook has nearly three hundred old and new recipes from the kitchens of homemakers in cities and on farms in Minnesota. This favorite includes centuries-old traditional ethnic specialties as well as modern regional tried-and-true home cooking.
