This hard cover book is in very nice condition with minimal (if any) wear to the dust jacket from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing--I couldn't find anything.
Gives advice on making candy, shares recipes for chocolates, fondants, fudge, toffee, petit fours, and candied fruits, and tells how to package them as gifts!
