Here is a VERY hard to find title with Norwegian recipes titled...From Norwegian Kitchens Recipes from Norway Cookbook
This comb bound cookbook from 1970 is in used, but good condition with a little kitchen wear to the covers and edges of the pages from use and re-shelving. On the front cover at the bottom edge there is a tear to the paper attached to the cover--you can see a break in the black line to the right side of the bottom edge. INSIDE the pages are at least 97% free of any marks, stains or writing. A few recipes have added hand written notes. 124 pages with an average of 2-3 recipes per page.
This recipe collection was compiled by "Bergquist" from Cloquet, Minnesota. Each category begins with a boy and girl in Norwegian costume, in color, recipes for breads, cakes, cookies , desserts, meats, Excellent reading. fish, salads, vegetables and soups, most with the Norwegian names.
