Trinity Youth Cookbook from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Mason City Iowa Cookbook dated 1977.
This comb bound cookbook has soft covers (construction paper covered with a film) that is in lightly used condition for its age with just a bit of wear at the tips of the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE, the first blank page has the name of the original owner blacked out. Otherwise, the rest of the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers & Beverages, Breads, Rolls & Quick Breads, Salads & Dressings, Meats, Main Dishes, Casseroles, Vegetables, Soups & Sandwiches, Cakes & Frostings, Desserts & Pies, Cookies & Bars, Candy, Around the World, and Misc. There is an average of 2-3 recipes per page with 221 pages. Recipes are typed out (not on a computer) and each recipe has the name of the contributing cook. A nice church cookbook!
