Published in 1981 this hard cover cookbook (no dust jacket) is in lightly read condition with just light wear to the front and back covers edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
These are special menus and recipes inspired by the wife of Minnesota's Governor, Al Quie. This book opens the doors of the Governors residence with all the menus they served and the occasions they celebrated. It is a piece of history and with wonderful recipes and photos.
