Here is a well loved cookbook from the Married Couples Club from Mount (Mt.) Olive Lutheran Church in Duluth Minnesota titled....
TASTEFULLY YOURS
Unfortunately this wire spiral bound cookbook doesn't have a date, but the recipes were typed out by hand on an OLD typewriter so I would guess that the cookbook is from the 1960's or before!
The front and back covers show some wear and kitchen soil from use and re-shelving. Inside of the front and back covers are filled with recipes written down by the first owner. Looks like the title page is missing because the first page--which is the forward has the Roman numeral II at the bottom of the page. INSIDE the pages are at least 95% free of any marks, stains or writing. What I did find were recipes that have a small "x" by favorite recipes scattered through the cookbook.
Chapters include: Appetizers - Beverages - Soups. Quick Breads & Muffins, Yeast Breads & Rolls, Cakes, Candies, Casseroles, Cookies, Cookie Bars, Desserts, Frostings & Fillings, Meats - Fish - Fowl, Pickles - Preserves - Relishes, Pies, Salads & Dressings, Sandwiches, Snack Foods, Vegetables. Cookbook has 190 pages with an average of 2-3 recipes per page.
