Here is a great community cookbook from 1999 titled.... 1999 Sonoma County Showcase Collection Cookbook ~ California Food & Wine
This wire spiral bound cookbook is in lightly read condition with just a little kitchen wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
The recipes use red and white, rose and sparkling wines in a very creative ways with up-scale recipes. Recipes are from chefs and other contributors in the wine region with one recipe per page. 162 pages including index.
