Here is a wonderful example of a community cookbook. This one is from a small town in Minnesota that started a club back in 1914. The cookbook is titled...
Bright Ideas For Cooking
Frankford B.I. Club Cookbook 1914 - 1971
This comb bound cookbook is in lightly used condition with just a little wear to the edges of the construction paper covers that are covered with film.
INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
The recipes are typed out by hand and include the name of the contributing cook. There is an average of three recipes per page with 150 pages.
A great story about the B. I. Club and the remaining members when this cookbook was published.
