THIS copy is a 2nd revised edition from 1948.
The dust jacket does show some wear and small tears at the top and bottom edges from age, use and re-shelving, but still, not too bad for its age. The book itself is in good condition--not used much. There are some stains on top of the book--faint--and they don't seem to show on the pages. Very old price in pencil on inside cover. Foxing / tanning of the pages on the outside egdes of the pages. Otherwise the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. A nice copy!
